Business Continuity Plan

Effective June 2026

Overview

Maccabees Securities LLC (“Maccabees”; CRD# 340041) has developed and implemented a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) designed to enable the Firm to continue or resume its business operations as quickly as reasonably practicable in the event of an emergency or Significant Business Disruption (“SBD”). This disclosure describes how our BCP addresses the possibility of an SBD and how we plan to respond to disruptions of varying scope.

Significant Business Disruptions — Scenarios

Our BCP addresses disruptions of varying scope and severity, including:

  • Firm-only disruption (e.g., fire or flooding at our San Francisco office): We will transition to remote operations from home offices and cloud-based systems within hours.
  • Building or district-level disruption: Same as above; we will use alternative workspace in the San Francisco Bay Area if home offices are also unavailable.
  • City-wide or regional disruption (e.g., earthquake, pandemic, regional infrastructure failure): We will operate remotely to the extent possible and will communicate with clients as soon as communications are restored. Transaction timelines may be affected, and we will notify clients promptly.
  • Technology or cybersecurity disruption: We will isolate affected systems, engage outside legal and technical resources, and restore operations from backup systems within 4–24 hours.

Communications During a Disruption

We will communicate with clients and counterparties using email (including backup accounts), cellular telephone, video conferencing, and U.S. Mail. We will use the means closest in speed and form to our normal communication practices. If we are temporarily unable to communicate, we will do so as soon as communications are restored. Important updates will also be posted to themaccabees.com.

Books and Records

All Firm records are backed up daily to cloud-based systems that are accessible remotely. In the event records are lost or disrupted, we have procedures to recover both electronic and hard-copy records from backup locations.

Funds and Securities

Maccabees does not hold client funds or securities. There are no client assets in our possession that would require transfer or access procedures in an SBD.

Vendors and Counterparties

Our BCP accounts for the potential disruption of services from our critical vendors (including email archiving, cloud storage, accounting, banking, and legal counsel). We have assessed vendor BCP capabilities and have identified alternative vendors where possible.

Disclosure

Our BCP is designed to address continued operation of the Firm in the event of an SBD. However, we cannot guarantee that all systems will be available or fully recoverable following every SBD, particularly those caused by widespread regional or national events beyond our control. We rely in part on the disaster recovery plans of our vendors, counterparties, and infrastructure providers.

If material changes are made to this BCP, we will provide clients with updated disclosure. This disclosure may be requested from the Firm at any time by contacting the CCO at compliance@themaccabees.com or (510) 214-6756.

Nothing in this disclosure modifies the terms of any engagement letter or client agreement between you and Maccabees Securities LLC.
